To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l89c, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. l89c does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude l89c's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by l89c's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In all cases where l89c is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of l89c to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their l89c account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
